Our Values

As part of a multi-academy trust, Frodsham's ethos and values are grounded in WPAT's guiding principle "To deliver a first-class education through partnership, innovation, school improvement and accountability" and the core values of the trust; Children First, Resilience and Pioneering.

In recognition of the unique characteristics of our school and our social context, we have identified three values which are personal to Frodsham; Perseverance, Inclusion and Friendship.

Perseverance

We are in pursuit of success. We will overcome any obstacle or barrier with the support and encouragement of others.

Inclusion

We value diversity and the unique contributions that each child brings. Every child will feel safe and secure and have a sense of belonging at our school.

Friendship

As a school community, we see each other as friends on our learning journey together. We treat each other with kindness and respect.
